Our American LIFE, LIBERTY, & PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

The first war fought by America was against the British Empire as stated by the Declaration of Independence for Americans.  This clearly implies by the bloodshed that the Declaration of Independence is a true truth statement about the overachieving vision that formed America and the writing of the American Constitution and the Bill of Rights!

There is a reason the First Amendment starts with free exercise of religion – our Founding Fathers recognized that when you lose freedom of religion you lose all other freedoms. #AmConstitution #BillofRights

And, they created our “explicit” Bill of Rights because they understood that governments would attempt to change “implicit” rights in the body of the American Constitution. The Constitution was not going to be ratified without this “explicit” Bill of Rights – and so history was made.

And now (again, again ad nauseam) people in our government are ignoring their vows to American citizens (and to God) and openly apply their own self-interpretations to our American laws. So now is the time to remind citizens that the body of the Constitution has a clause that basically say we can replace our government if the the government does not protect our Bill of Rights.

There is a better way to define or interpret the meaning of “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness” – This phrase gives examples of the various “unalienable rights” which the Declaration says all human beings have been endowed/gifted by their Creator and for the protection of which they institute governments..

LIFE Life with the Lord

LIBERTY  Freedom from sin (or being led into sin by our government)

PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS  American citizens are free to pursue the path or plan the Lord has planned from the momentum in time you were conceived.

In contrast, this phrase sets the moral law or higher vision controlling the American Constitution that is the “black letter of the law” that details American citizens’ agreement with the federal government as long as the government does not violate the explicit Bill of Rights.
