A Florida boy and his father are fighting back against the Broward County School District, who banned the student from reading his Bible during free-reading time at school.
Although the Broward County School District claims the action was a “misunderstanding”, Giovanni Rubeo and his father believe that they have evidence that tells a different story. They have now hired a legal firm called the Liberty Institute to help defend the boy’s constitutional rights.
